MCALLISTER, MURIEL ELIZABETH The death of Muriel Elizabeth McAllister of Iron Bound Cove occurred Tuesday, November 5, 2002 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton. Born at Coal Creek, NB, she was the daughter of the late Roy Blair and (Sadie) Sarah Jane (Bishop) McAllister. Muriel is survived by sons, Rodney McAllister (Wendy) of Midland, Johnny McAllister (Susan) of Iron Bound Cove, Roy McAllister (Diane) of Minto, and Scott McAllister (Heather) of Harvey; daughters, Juanita Furlotte (Ron) of Douglas, Brenda Wilson (Tim) and Christine Bishop (Barry) both of Chipman; grandsons, James McAllister, Christopher Furlotte, Matthew Furlotte, Jedidiah Wilson, Noah Wilson and Joshua Bishop; granddaughters, Lisa Gibbon, Rhonda Copeland, Tracy Parlee, Beth McAllister, Natasha McAllister, Celeste McAllister, Kelsey Bishop, Katelyn McAllister and Brittany McAllister; great grandsons, Kyle Gibbon, Ryan Gibbon, Evan Parlee and William Copeland; great granddaughters, Katlin Copeland and Jessica Parlee; six brothers, Kenneth McAllister of Barkers Point, Reginald McAllister (Irene) of Tracey, Jack McAllister (Yvonne) of Jacquet River, Russell McAllister of Coal Creek, Robert McAllister (Sharon) and Donald McAllister both of Chipman; three sisters, Shirley Doherty (Cary) and Betty King (Jimmy) both of Chipman, Marie Porter (William) of Hanwell; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John (Jack) McAllister in 1998, two sisters, Frances Clark and Leona Collins. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) with visitation Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2002 from the Parker Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Lutes officiating. Interment will take place in the United Baptist Cemetery, Minto, NB.
