MUNN, CHARLES THOMAS The death of Charles Thomas Munn of Holtville at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Sunday, June 5, 2005. Born in Holtville on February 19, 1925, son of Charles D. and Nellie Rae (McKay) Munn. Mr. Munn was a Woods Worker until ill health forced him to retire. Member of Miramichi's First Pentecostal Church of Holtville. Survived by wife of 54 years, Mary Munn; three sons, Barry Munn (Karen), Jimmy Munn (Lois) and Gary Munn (Tina) all of Holtville; five daughters, Donna Goodwin (Bill) of Fredericton, Sharon Sisco (Gerry) of Fredericton, Phyllis Savage (Stan) of Astle, Maureen Hood (Dale) of Waasis and Ethel Somerville (Paul) of Taymouth; 15 grandchildren, Sheila Keetch, Everett Munn, Steven Munn, Philip Munn, Kevin Munn, Brian Munn, Leonard Munn, Terry Munn, Ivan and Jamie Sisco, Donald and Iris Hood, Patti Munn-Ferris, Sarah Savage and Amber Somerville and 14 great grandchildren who are Charlie's pride and joy; one half brother, Richard Dobson (Beatrice) of Doaktown; two sisters-in-law, Almeda Munn and Evelyn Munn; several nieces and nephews. The last surviving member of his immediate family, he was predeceased by two sons, Ivan and Lockie; three brothers, Reginald, Adrian and Weldon; five sisters Bessie Munn, Muriel Munn, Greta Davis, Madeline Murray and Elinor (Lyons) Longuepee; Visitation will take place at the Miramichi's First Pentecostal Church, Holtville on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 8th, 2005 at 2 pm from the Miramichi's First Pentecostal Church, Holtville with Rev. James McLaughlin officiating and Rev Arthur McElroy and Rev. Carroll Carter assisting. Interment will be held in the Cameron Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service are: Hardy Munn, Junior Murray, Garry Lyons, Sonny Watson, Gordon Watson and Weldon Mutch. Honourary Pallbearers are: Daryl Dobson, Mike Keetch, Paul Somerville, Aaron Munn, Arden Munn and Timmy Munn. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
