LYONS, SHAWN DALE The passing of Shawn Dale Lyons, of Maquipit Lake, NB, occurred on March 11, 2007 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born on August 15, 1977 in Fredericton, NB, he was a son of Donna (Graves) Lyons, step-father, Donald Maston and his father, Dale Lyons. Shawn enjoyed drawing, cooking and writing. Besides his mother and step-father, he is survived by one brother, Brad Lyons (Joann) of Fredericton, NB; one sister, Tina Lyons (Keith Savoie) of Yellow Knife, NT, maternal grandmother, Margaret Maston of BC; paternal grandparents, Barb and Mannie Lyons of Fredericton, NB; two nephews, Dylan and Dawson Lyons and a third on the way; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2 pm with Rev. Peter Smith officiating. Interment will take place at Lakeville Corner United Church Cemetery, Lakeville Corner, NB, at a later date.
