DUNPHY, GORDON MAGEE The passing of Gordon Magee Dunphy of Taymouth, NB, occurred on September 25, 2008 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on December 4, 1933 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Flossie Dunphy. Gordon was a wood turner and a self employed dairy farmer. He was a member of the New Brunswick Craft Council. Gordon is survived by his daughter, Susan (Peter) Taylor of Fredericton, NB; sons, Brian Dunphy of Taymouth, NB and Brad (Leslie) Dunphy of Golden, BC; grandchildren, Gordon, Bradley Wayne and Colby; brother, David (Shelly) Dunphy of Nashwaak, NB and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Gordon was predeceased by his brother, Laurie Dunphy. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Sunday, September 28, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Monday, September 29, 2008 at 11am with Rev. Murray McFarlane officiating.
