
ROSE MARIE JACKSON
JACKSON, ROSE MARIE - 74, Greenwood, Kings Co., passed away April 8, 2002 at home. Born in Annapolis Royal, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Margaret (Mitchell) Jackson. While living in Ottawa, Ont., she had been a member of Odawa Native Friendship Centre. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Surviving are son, Carmen Joseph Jackson, Toronto; daughters, Debra Ann Jackson, Ottawa; Elizabeth A. Grant, Wilmot; grandchildren, Edyth Grant, Wilmot; Steven Grant, Waterville; Cody, Ciara and Dylan Jackson, all of Ottawa; Kristian Jackson, Toronto; Tyler Jackson, Petawawa, Ont.; great grandchildren, Jacob Schulthorpe, Ashley Gamble, both of Ottawa, Cheyenne Grant, Wilmot; brothers, Angus "Boyd" Jackson, Greenwood; Herman Jackson, Kingston, Ont.; Carl (Irene) Jackson, Myrtle Beach, Florida; Maurice Jackson, London, Ont.; Norman Jackson, Saint John, NB; sisters, Kay (Albert) Roache, Saint John, NB; Norma LeBlanc, Sarnia, Ont.; sister-in-law, Lillian Jackson, Saint John, NB; godson, Rupert MacDonald, Sarnia, Ont.; numerous nieces, nephews and friends throughout the Annapolis Valley. Predeceased by brothers, Leonard, Earl and Melvin Jackson; sister, Dorothy MacDonald. Funeral service was held April 12, 2002 in the H.C. Lindsay Memorial Chapel Berwick. Rev. Father Gerald Saulnier officiated. Burial took place in the Berwick Cemetery.
