BLOIS, EARL ARTHUR JR. - Earl "Skip" Blois of Barnesville died unexpectedly on August 14, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born in Saint John and was the oldest son of Earl Sr. and Ann (Hodgson) Blois. Skip was a dearly loved and devoted father, son, brother and friend, who loved and lived life fully. He will be greatly missed by his two sons, family and all who knew him. Surviving in addition to his parents are two sons Corey and Travis Blois of Summerville, NB, one brother Al "Duke" Blois (Beth) of Upper Golden Grove; one sister Rose Doucet (Claude) of Saint John; Skip was the eldest grandson of Annabel Hodgson of Sussex; as well as three nieces and one nephew Lydia & Emma Blois and Laura & Sean Doucet; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Resting at the A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street, (634-1712) with visiting on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Cavanagh's Chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m., followed by interment in Covenanter Cemetery in Barnesville and a reception at the Presbyterian Church Hall.
