Marguerite Surrette Marguerite Surrette, 76, of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, August 5, 2003. Born in Doaktown, daughter of the Late Robert and Edith (Mitchell) Russell. Marguerite was a former volunteer with Moncton Hospital Pastoral Care, former volunteer with Canadian Cancer Society, member of Mountain View United Church and the U.C.W. and served on various boards and committees within her church in past years. Marguerite will be sadly missed by her daughters, Susan Keirstead (Howard), Cindy McCarthy (Dan), Ottawa, ON; sons, Doug (Jane), Latabatiere, PQ; Bernie (Maia), Perot, Serbia, Robert (Sue), Lantz, NS; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacey, Rhonda, Nicolas, Conor, Dylan, Neil, Jenna, Matthew, Greyson; great grandchildren, Cameron, Mackenzie; sisters, Helen Fredeen (Les), Flin Flon, MB, Audrey Palmer( Walter), Alma Toogood (George), Olive Cripps (Ken), Moncton; brothers, Myles Russell (Joan), Lloyd Russell (Irma), Claude Russell (Lillian), Doaktown; Stanley Russell (Pat), Coquitlam, BC; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Neil M. Surrette (1982). Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton, Thursday 7-9pm, Friday 2-4, 7-9pm. Funeral Service at Mountain View United Church Saturday August 9, 2003, 2pm. Reception in Church Hall following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Cemetery.
