Frank L. Ermen 1915 - 2003 Frank L. Ermen, 88, of Moncton, passed away at K. E. Spencer Memorial Home on Monday, October 13, 2003. Born in Moncton he was the son of the late Frank & Bessie (Sarty) Ermen. He was retired and former owner of Moncton Window Cleaning Service. He was a member of St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church. Frank was a veteran of WW II having served in Italy with the Royal Canadian Army. He was an active member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6 Moncton, he served as President of the Moncton Legion in 1963 and he also served as Past District Commander for Westmorland and Albert District of the Royal Canadian Legion. He was also a member of Air Force Vets Club, CN War Vets and the Moncton Press Club. He is survived by his wife Agnes (Hall) Ermen, three daughters: Carol of Moncton, Grace Wilson (Robert) of Moncton, Patricia Currie (Dan) of Saint John, NB. three sons; John (Jennie) of Moncton, Gary of Campbell River, BC. and Doug (Stacey) of Riverview, five grandsons, four granddaughters, two great-grand-daughters, two sisters; Annie Wood of Moncton, and Margaret LeBlanc of Montreal. one brother; Joe Ermen of Moncton and by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he is predeceased by two sisters; Cylvinia and Mary and by two brothers: Charles and Sam Ermen. By request there is no viewing at the Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel on Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 11am with Father Bernard Sloan officiating. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6 will conduct a veterans service Thursday, October 16, 2003 at 10:45 am at Tuttle Bros. Memorial Chapel. The family will be receiving relatives and friends in the reception room immediately following the funeral. Interment will be in Shediac Road Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in Frank's memory made to the Juvenile Diabetes or to the CNIB would be appreciated by his family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
