Yvon Maillet SAINTE-MARIE DE KENT, NB - Yvon Maillet, 77, husband of Norma (Cormier) Maillet, of Sainte-Marie de Kent, NB, passed away at the Dr. G.L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB, on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 after a lengthy illness. Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent, NB on October 5, 1926 he was the son of the late André Maillet and the late Zélia Belliveau. He was a Brick Layer. He attended Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent. Yvon is survived by his wife, Norma (Cormier) Maillet of Sainte-Marie de Kent; two daughters, Lisa Maillet of Waltham, Mass, Susan Dhillon (Harvey) of Berkly, Mass; two sons, Gerard (Valerie) of Calgary, Alberta, Roger (Cindy) of Westford, Mass; three sisters, Rita Nowlan (Arthur) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Cécile Richard (Armand) of Fredericton, Andréa Allain (Paul) of Waltham, Mass; six brothers, Néri (Annette) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Alonzo (Thérèse) of Saint-Paul de Kent, Antoine (Hélèna) of Bouctouche, Joseph (AnneMarie) of Clinton, Mass, Léo-Paul (Jeannita) of Montréal, Aldérice (AnneMarie) of Sudbury, Mass; five grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers, Désiré and Albéo. Yvon is resting at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent with visitation on Friday, March 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 to 10:45 am. The funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
