Pastor Reg Snell 1923 - 2005 Went home to be with his Lord, on Friday, August 12, 2005, in his 83rd year. Loved by his wife of 57 years, Helen; son, Robert Snell and wife Joanne; daughter, Cheryl and husband Mark Baber. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Lindsay and husband, Craig Nixon, Jen, Christie and Kaitlyn Snell and Heidi Baber. Survived by sisters, Grace Snyder, and Pauline and husband David Scott and brother-in-law Harold Kettyle. Predeceased by sisters Doreen Snider and Miriam Kettyle and brother-in-law Les Snyder. Pastor Snell's first church was on Campobello Island. He next planted Little South West Baptist Church, Sillikers, N.B. Later he moved to Parkside Baptist Church, Moncton, N.B. and then to Calvary Baptist Church, Guelph, Ontario. He then became Canadian Director of ABWE. Friends and relatives are invited to share their memories of Reg with his family during visitation at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, August 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Huneral Service to honour Reg's life and service to the Lord will be held at First Baptist Church, 306 Erb St. W., Waterloo, on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 11am with Dr. Wendell Kempton officiating.
