Dorine Melanson 1963 - 2009 Dorine Melanson, 45, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, January 10th 2009 at the Dr. Georges-L Dumont Hospital. Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of Marie (née: LeBlanc) and the late Francois McDonald. Dorine had been employed as a bartender at the Horseshoe Pub. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Marie and Joseph Gautreau of Dieppe; her partner, Frank Richard; one daughter, Renelle; one son, Nicolas, both at home; two sisters: Cecile (Alfred) Richard of Dieppe and Janice McDonald (Jules Preville) of Edmonton AB; one brother, Armand McDonald of Moncton; the father of her children, Kim Melanson of Moncton as well as nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Ste.-Thérère Roman Catholic Church, on Wednesday, January 14th 2009 at 11 am. Interment in the Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
