Raoul LeBlanc 1943 - 2009 Raoul LeBlanc, 65, of Saint-Antoine has passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on Tuesday January 13th, 2009 after a lengthy illness. Born in Saint-Antoine on March 9th, 1943, he was the son of the late Edmond LeBlanc and Lorraine LeBlanc. Raoul was well known in the area as the founder and owner of Renaud's Furniture and several other businesses. He leaves to mourn his mother, Lorraine LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine, the mother of his children, Andréa LeBlanc of Saint-Antoine, one daughter, Jennifer Elmasery of South Carolina, two sons, Roger (Paulette), Paul (Susan) both of Saint-Antoine, three grandchildren, Shawn, Bianca, Navia, one great grandson, Nicholas, a special friend Linda Despres, two sisters, Yolande Boucher of Saint-Antoine, Noëlla Elchuck (Willie) of Calgary, two brothers, Donald (Andréa), Roger both of Saint-Antoine and several nephews and nieces. Visitation will be held at the Saint-Antoine l'Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine on Thursday January 15th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Friday from 12:30 to 1:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Antoine l'Ermite Church, Saint-Antoine on Friday January 16th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. In Raoul's memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L. Dumont Hospital Foundation.
