Shirley K. Black 1933 - 2009 Alma, NB - Shirley K. Black, age 76, of Alma, NB passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, June 8th, 2009 with her family by her side. Born in Turtle Creek, NB she was the daughter of the late Winnifred and Frederick Bannister. She will be forever missed by her husband Victor C. Black and their five children; Donna (Travis) Dysart of Sussex NB, Linda Farrell (Brian Milton) of Sussex, NB, Phyllis (Grant) Elliott of Shepody, NB, Victoria (Donald) Bulman of Moncton, NB, Jason (Tracey Morrell) of Hampton. Eleven grandchildren, Michael, Tara, Timothy, Tyler, Jennifer, Tiffany, Amy, Christopher, Lance, Olivia and Alexa as well as several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers; Blair and James Bannister. Shirley loved spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 4 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 2:00 pm followed by interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
