GOGGIN, MARY ANN - 92, formerly of Salisbury, Sussex and Elgin, passed away at her residence, the Jordan Lifecare Centre, on February 13, 2010. Born in Hillsborough, she was a daughter of the late Watson and Annie (O'Neill) Jonah. Mary was a member of the First Elgin United Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her family. Mary is survived by her daughters: Betty Warren (Chester) of Elgin, and Peggy Steeves (Ron) of Salisbury; her sons: Bill Goggin (Eleanor) of Salisbury, and Milton Goggin (Terry) of Elgin; grandchildren: Debby Taylor (Larry), Todd Warren, Troy Warren (Shelley), Derek Warren, Andrew Goggin, Colleen Goggin, Eric Goggin (Sharon), Sherry Steeves (Luke), Tracy Goggin (Jeff), Valerie Reeves (Malcolm), Grant Steeves (Shannon), and Ryan Steeves; great-grandchildren: Olivia Goggin, Isaac Goggin, Byron Taylor, Allison Warren, Nicholas Warren, Gabrielle Goggin, Rachel Coady, Jane Coady, Ethan Steeves, Makayla Steeves, Robyn Reeves, Julia Reeves and Jordan Eagles; as well as by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband Arthur; her sisters: Lillian "Lily" Terris and Ruth Lutes; her brothers: Otto, Robert, Gesner and Arnold; sister-in-law, Alda Setchell; brother-in-law, Austin Goggin. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 16th from 5 to 8 pm in Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac. At Mary's request, there will be no funeral service at this time. Interment and committal service will be in the New Elgin Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Jordan Lifecare Center would be appreciated by the family.
