LACELLE – Claudette Suzanne, 53 years old of Cadillac, passed away March 31, 2009, at Swift Current. The funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m., April 4, 2009, from Our Lady Of Confidence Church in Cadillac, with Father Ray Carignan officiating. The organist was Marlene Jones. Eulogists were Jodie Lacelle and Kristine Lacelle. The internment service was held at Cadillac Cemetery. The honorary pallbearers were all her nieces and nephews. Claudette Lacelle is survived by husband, Leo; sons, Jesse (Kristine), Jacques (Jodie), Jeremy (Erin); grandchildren, Katherine, Gabrielle, Bailey, Kristian ; six sisters, Terry (Roger), Eveline (Rene), Madeline (Lance), Helene (Tony), Lorraine (Brian), Agnes (Joe); brother, Oscar (Lucy); brothers-in-law, Joe, Roland (Lois), Rene (Eveline), Marcel, Tony (Monique), Romeo (Janice), Sam (Dene); sisters-in-law, RoseMarie (Don), Helen (Julien), Pauline (Jerry); and all of her nieces, nephews, spouses and children. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Claire and Fernand Berube; mother and father-in-law, Clara and Ludovic Lacelle; sister, Alma; brothers-in-law, Mike Lacelle, Maurice Lacelle; and sister-in-law, Annette Lacelle. She was born Claudette Suzanne Berube in Meadow Lake, SK, on May 24, 1955. She attended school at John Bosco Elementary School and went on to Graduate from Carpenter High School in Meadow Lake in 1973. She was employed at Lacelle Bros. Husky in Cadillac, SK. She was a member of the Cadillac C.W.L., Cadillac Town & Country, Cadillac Parish Council and Cadillac Hall Board. Claudette liked to sew, curl, play ball, golf, bonfires, but especially family her boys, new daughters and four grandchildren. Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. Lemieux Funeral Home in care of arrangement.
