Alvin Bernard Langille, 47, passed away suddenly June 24th, 2010 in Vancouver General Hospital. Born in Pictou November 12, 1962. He was the son of John (Buddy) Langille and Mary (Gee) MacIssac (Langille) Romick. Survived by siblings John (Halifax), Mary (Jim Chenell) Loch Broom, Tom and Arthur (Vancouver), Jim (Caribou), Shirley Mason (Craig Reid) Scotsburn, Eva (Dale MacPhail) Pictou, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins in Pictou and Cape Breton. Also survived by Uncle John (Bernadette) MacIssac, Pictou, Aunts Mary Sarah Doucette (Port Hawkesbury) Ella and Georgina Langille (Pictou). He was predeceased by father Buddy, maternal and paternal grandparents, numerouse aunts and uncles. Cremation has taken place. Visitation to be held Friday July 30th 7 p.m. at his mother's residence 94 Water Street, Pictou. Funeral Mass Saturday July 31 at Stella Maris Church at 11 a.m. with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. Burial at a later date. Reception to follow funeral ceremony at Stella Maris Church Hall.
