We, the family of the late Richard Cashin wihs to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to our familym friends, neighbours and extended family who were so kind to us during ouor recent loss. To everyone who telephoned and visited our homes, sent cards, floral tributes, gifts of food, monetary gifts and memorial donations in Richard's name, thank you! To those of you who visited the funeral home and attended the funeral we are truly grateful. To everyone who travelled to be with us, especially Richard's nieces and nephews from New Brunswick, Hlaifax and Port Hawkesbury, thank you, it meant a lot to us. To Aunt Agnes for being by mom's side throughout the wake and funeral and to Catherine and Pauline for making that possible, thank you; it meant so much to us all. To Ruth Boudreau for being with us from the night Richard passed away, keeping things running smoothly at home and doing whatever we needed her to do the words "thank you" are not enough to convey our appreciation. Thank you to nephew Greg Jobes and his wife Judy for everything they did for dad. He thought highly of you both. To the EHS paramedics and the Cape Breton Regional Police - North Division who were so professional yet so caring and sunderstanding, thank you. To Doctor Michel McKeough and Louise no words can ever thanj you for the care and friendship given to Richard over the years. He had great respect for both of you. We are deeply grateful. To Father Peter MacLeod for a lovely mass and homily and words of comfort, thank you! You captured Richard to a tee. To the readers, nieces Rose Dawe and Anna Martin, thank you! To the choir for your beautiful music, the mass serverrs and eucharistic ministers, thank you. To the pallbearers, grandsons, Shaun, Cory, and Curtis Rendell and Richard MacDonald, grandson-in-law Shawn Lawless and nephew Jackie Jobes, a job well done at such a difficult task. Thank you! To the gift bearers, granddaguhters Tanya Lawless and Lindsay MacDonald and great grad-daughter Brittany Lawless, thank you. To the CWL for the lovely luncheon followng Richard's funeral mass and to the Bras d"or Seniors and Pensioners Club for the use of their hall, sincere thanks. To Manning Jobes and his staff at M. J. Funeral Home thank you for your professionalism, sincere kindness and thoughtfullness during our difficult time, we are truly grateful. God Bless you all!
