BASKERVILLE - Kathleen Patricia of Hazlet, SK passed away on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Swift Current Care Centre, Swift Current, SK at the age of 86 years. She was born on the Anderson Family Farmstead (NE Sec. 29, TP 16, Rge 18 W 3rd) on February 29, 1924 and attended Green Dell School. She married firstly Gordon Robertson on June 2, 1947 and secondly Philip (Bob) Baskerville Janury 4, 1957 at Swift Current, SK. Pat worked at home and at the Hazlet Trading Store before spending 2 years during WWII at a shell factory in Hamilton, ON. After marrying Bob she worked at home on the farm. She loved gardening, Florida and being with her family and her cat. Pat is survived by her husband Philip (Bob) Baskerville; son Garry Baskerville; daughter Jeanine (Darryl) Maier; grandchildren Ursula Robertson (Allan Joudrey), Rebecca (Fin) Boyde, Tyler Maier and Kyle Maier; great grandchildren Alex Robertson and Ethan Joudrey; brothers Jim Anderson and Art Anderson; sisters-in-law Myrtle Anderson, Kay Anderson, Peggy Anderson, Ruby Johnson, Amy Doyle, Winnie Madden and Frances Baskerville; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by parents Alex Anderson (January 6, 1983) and Martha Graham Anderson (June 21, 1952); son Mason Robertson (June 9,1992); brothers Max Anderson (Sept 2, 1980), William (Bill) Anderson (March 1999) and Ivan Anderson (May 17, 2007); sisters Mabel Easterbrook (September 14, 2002), Ruth Akre (October 21, 1991) and Mary Jane Anderson (October, 1928); brothers-in-law Charles Easterbrook, Maurice Akre, Sam Baskerville, Ed Baskerville, Stuart Madden, Carl Johnson and Loren Doyle; and sisters-in-law Nora Anderson and Edna Anderson. A funeral service was held for Pat on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 2:00 pm from the Hazlet Hall with John Schaufele officiating. Ushers were Neil Anderson, Henry Little and Richard Mead. Pallbearers were Brian Anderson, Bruce Anderson, Don Anderson, Grant Anderson, Keith Anderson and Loren Anderson. Interment service was held at the Mission Cemetery near Hazlet, SK. Memorial donations may be made in Pat's name to the Hazlet Community Hall, Hazlet, SK. Warren's Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
