Rose Helen Wilson, 68, of Salisbury passed away peacefully Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Moncton Hospital surrounded by her family. She was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Helen (Pickering) Fountain. Rose was a retired geriatric attendant at the Jordan Memorial Home. She was a member of the Salisbury Baptist Church, an avid bowler and in retirement enjoyed her winter trips to Florida, family gatherings and dining out. She is survived and sadly missed by her husband William (Bill); children Robert (Bob) Schmitt (LouAnn), Deanna Bos (Otto), Leanne Schmitt (Michael Ryan), Lanny Wilson (Dale) and Lyle Wilson; grandchildren Alisha Perry (Kiel), Shawn Schmitt, Shavon Schmitt, Ryan Schmitt, Ashley Bos, Connor Wilson, Meaghan Miller and Matthew Miller; great grandson Brayden Perry; sister Janet Reeder (Paul); special friend Marilyn Duff (Doug) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Wanda Ferguson.
Resting at Salisbury Funeral Home 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Saturday, 6 to 9 pm and from where the funeral will be Sunday, January 16, 2011 at 2 pm with Rev. Mark Smith officiating and Rev. Rob Nickerson assisting. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery. Memorial, if desired to Friends of the Moncton Hospital or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
