The death occurred at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Thursday, October 1, 2009, of Paul David Dewar of Whim Road, age 78. Beloved husband of the late Sybil Kemp Dewar. Loving father of Darlene (Alan) Kornelson, Charlottetown, David (Dawn), Cardigan, Karen (Dr. Dev) Jain, Mississauga, Ont., and Darren, Calgary. Also survived by brother John Dewar, Trenton, Ont., mother-in-law Irene Kemp, Perrins Villa, Montague, nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Frank and Pearl (Duff) Dewar. Resting at Southern Kings and Queens Funeral Home for visitation on Saturday, October 3, from 6:30-9 p.m. Funeral service on Sunday, October 4, from Hillcrest United Church, Montague, at 2 p.m. Interment in the Brooklyn Cemetery.
