Michael Charles Peters of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan passed away tragically as the result of an auto accident, on Wednesday, November 18th, 2009 at the age of 24 years. The Memorial Service for Michael will be held on Monday, November 23rd, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in Minto United Church. Pastor Bill Thomson of Trinity United Church will officiate. Mike was born on June 16th, 1985. He was an incredible artist. He played football for the Colts, the Peacock Tornadoes and the Regina Thunder. Mike was a big man with an even bigger heart. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents Derek and Linda; 4 brothers Jon (Kinda), Darryl, Lyndon and Jason; his grandmothers Anne Peters and Edith Weiss; and numerous other relatives. Flowers are gratefully declined, however for those so wishing, donations in memory of Mike may be made to A.E.
