GARDNER It is with deepest regret the family of Lori-ann Gardner announces Lori’s passing after a tireless two year battle with breast cancer, on January 1, 2009 at the age of 49. Lori peacefully left us surrounded by loved ones. Lori will be forever missed by her husband and best friend Mark and precious daughter Amanda, father Allan Jackson - wife Mary, mother Lois Jackson, sister Barb (Barry), brother Rusty - wife Dina, nephew Alix, niece Nicole. Father-in-law C.V. Gardner (Theresa B.), brother-in-law Chuck Gardner and nephew Steen of White Rock, BC Heartfelt thanks to Lori’s friend and physician Mavis Hollman, R.I.H. Cancer Clinic and staff. Life long friends Kathy Bloom and Laurie Bridgehouse of Delta, B.C. for their unconditional support and care through Lori’s battle. Lori was the proud Branch Manager of Scotia Bank, North Shore and cherished her staff and Scotia Bank families support through her journey. You suffered much in silence, Your spirit did not bend, You faced your pain with courage Until the very end. You tried so hard to stay with us, Your fight was not in vain-- God took you in His loving arms And saved you from all pain. A Celebration of Life to be held at the Westsyde Fellowship Church, 2833 Westsyde Road, Kamloops, B.C. on Saturday, January 10th, 2009 at 1:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to the R.I.H.
