Passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander on December 26, 2008, Melvin Parrott age 59 years. Predeceased by his parents Samuel and Mary Parrott (Smith); brother Robert; sisters Daisy, Kathleen; granddaughter Olivia; sisters-in-law Paula and Mary; nephew Rodney. Left with loving memories are his wife Ann (Shea) Parrott; daughters Wanda of Whitby, Ont., Glenda (Rick) Chaulk, Sherri (Bradley) Stuckless of Glenwood, N.L., brothers: Calvin (Jean), Wilfred (Gertie), Steve, Gary (Lisa), Albert (Kim), Wayne (Stephanie) of Gander, N.L., David (Theresa) of Churchill Falls, N.L., Gerald (Oleen) of Trail, B.C.; Wally (Sylvia) of Durham, Ont. , Bill (Tammy) of Greenwood, N.S.; sisters Linda (Neil) Parsons, Heather (Don) Burchill, Barb (George) of Gander, N.L., Annie of Grand Falls-Windsor, N.L.., grandchildren Jessica, Brandon, Cameron, Kaitlyn, Heidi, Christina Chaulk; brothers-in-law Bruce Sheppard and Mac Milley. Also a large circle of other family and friends. Funeral service today, December 29, 2008 from Fraser Road United Church at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, Gander.
