(nee Coombs) Passed peacefully away on Thursday, April 17, 2008 at the Palliative Care Unit, Leonard A. Miller Centre, surrounded by her devoted daughters and son, Teresa O'Neill, of St. John's, formerly of Portugal Cove South, NL, aged 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Leo, parents Alfred and Catherine Coombs, brothers Ronald, Brendan, Leo and Dan and sister Mary. Leaving to mourn her loving children: Cecilia Kennedy (Pat), Maureen Leonard (Howard), Ron O'Neill (Leona), all of Mount Pearl; Germaine Barnes (Stephen) of St. John's, Sharon Snow (Paul) of Pleasantville, NS and Deloras O'Neill (Raven Spanier) of Moncton, NB; thirteen grandchildren Paddy, Mark and Paul Kennedy; Karen (Kennedy) Chafe, Michelle (Kennedy) Gallant; Marcia, Andrew and Adrian Snow; Colin Barnes, Sean Leonard, Brendan Spanier, Katie and Laura O'Neill; great-grandchildren Gracie Gallant and Sophie Chafe; sister Nora Hartery (Tom), Portugal Cove South; brother-in-law Mike O'Neill (Stella), Mount Pearl; also a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 1 p.m. from St. Pius X Church, Smithville Crescent.
