MORAR - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, auntie and friend, Marie Elaine Morar. She passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her family who loved her. Marie is predeceased by her mother, Olga Kruszelnicki (Shopa) and is survived by her father, Walter Kruszelnicki; brother, Murry Kruszelnicki; 2 sisters, Carolynn Kruszelnicki, and Ann Popowich(Terry); nephew, Michael Popowich; and 2 nieces, Kellsey and Bailey Popowich. Marie was born in Swift Current, went to public school in Glen Bain, and high school in Kincaid. She then went to STI in Moose Jaw where she majored in Marketing and Business Administration. Marie worked at Crop Insurance from 1986-2009. She had a passion for traveling, bargain hunting, and especially swim-up bars in Mexico where you could be sure to hear her cheerful, loud laugh from a distance. May her courageous heart, her sense of humour and her passion for life live in each and everyone of us. Funeral Service was held on Monday, January 26, at the Chapel of Bailey\'s Funeral Home, Yorkton with Very Rev. Peter Pidskalny, C.Ss.R. of St. Mary\'s Ukrainian Catholic Church officiating. The responses were led by Ed Pindus & Parish Choir Members. The Interment Service continued on Tuesday, January 27, at the Vanguard Community Cemetery Rev. Father John Foley officiating. Serving as casket bearers were Dennis Popowich, Terry Popowich, Glen Strauch, David Krushelniski, Norman Miller and Darrell Senicar. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made through Bailey\'s Funeral Home, 45 5th. Ave. N. Yorkton, SK, S3N 0Y9 for the Yorkton United Soccer Club in memory of Marie and all fun times that she spent watching her nieces and nephews play soccer and sports. Eternal memory! Funeral arrangements were in care of Bailey\'s Funeral Home.
