Anton (Tony) Bekar was born at Bayard ,Sask. on Dec 24th 1921 to Michael and Magdalina Bekar, the eldest of 19 children. Tony spent the last couple of months at the the Pineview Lodge in Nipawin where he passed away peacefully in the evening on Aug. 16th.
