Ottawa, Ontario - Diann Carol Lowe (nee Hicks), died on November 13, 2010 at The Hospice at May Court. Born in Sackville on October 17, 1945, Diann was a daughter of the late Jessie and John Hicks. In addition to her husband, Richard Larose, she is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Kim) Lowe, daughter, Michelle Lowe, and Richard's two children, Melanie and Serge Larose. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Martin, Madison and Reeghan Lowe and Kim's daughter, Samatha; by her sister, Sandra (George) Anderson, of Sackville, New Brunswick, and by her brothers John (Gladys) Wheaton, of Melrose, New Brunswick, and Reginald (Violet) Wheaton of Mississauga, Ontario; nieces Susan Edmondson and Brenda Wood; nephew, Donald Wheaton. Diann will also be sadly missed by her dear friends Sylvia, Conny and Valerie, by her many friends and colleagues at DND in Ottawa, and by her extended family and friends throughout the Maritime Provinces. In keeping with Diann's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
