September 27, 1963 - May 16, 2012. Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 surrounded by loving family after a lengthy but courageous battle with cancer - Darlene White of Dildo, aged 48 years. Predeceased by her father, Brendan White and her grandparents. Leaving to mourn and celebrate her life with thanksgiving are her mother, Ruby; two sisters: Donna (Paul) Williams, Dildo, June (Brian Reid), Mount Pearl; brother Harry (Natasha) White, Clarenville; three special nephews whom she adored: Nathan, Rylan and Gage, as well as a large circle of family and many friends. Resting at Warren's Funeral Home, Dildo with visitation on Thursday, May 17th at 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral. Funeral service will be held from All Saints’ Church, Dildo on Saturday, May 19th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at All Saints’ Anglican Cemetery.
