It is with great sadness that the family of the late ALFRED MARSH of Garnish announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Saturday July 14, 2012 at the age of 69. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his mother Annie Eliza Marsh; brother Cedric (Meta) Marsh and sister Dorothy (Melvin) Francis, all at Garnish; plus a large circle of family, friends and homecare workers. Alfred was pre-deceased by his father, Bertram Marsh.

Rev. Gloria Wendover conducted the funeral service at St. Giles Anglican Church, Garnish on Tuesday, July 17th, 2012 at 2:00 PM. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Garnish.

Donations in Alfred’s memory may be made to St. Giles Anglican Church Cemetery Fund, Garnish, NL.

Pall bearers were David Francis, Colin Marsh, Bert Cluett, Walter Cluett, Reuben Francis, and Albert Royle.
