The death occurred suddenly at his late residence in Albany P.E.I, on Wednesday, July 30th, 2008 of George Leonard Trainor of Albany, aged 77 years. George was born on September 15, 1930, in Albany, P.E.I. to his late parents William and Irene (McCarville). Beloved husband of the Frances (nee Monaghan) Trainor. George is survived by his daughters Mary, Charlottetown, Ann (Sheldon) Culleton, Summerside and Bernadette, Crapaud, and his grandchildren Jill and Carrie Culleton. Also lovingly remembered by several nieces and nephews, his sisters and brother: Doris McKenna, Moncton, William Trainor, Edmonton, Alb. and Elizabeth Morrison, Charlottetown, his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law: Mary Gallant, Lency (Frank) Carragher, Kelly's Cross and George (Joan) Monaghan, Charlottetown. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his brother-in-law Jerome Monaghan. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Monday, August 4th , then to the St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay for funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery.
