BOURQUE, VINCENT - 1947-2013 - Vincent Bourque, 66, formerly of Scoudouc, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born on April 1, 1947 in Scoudouc, he was the son of the late Arthur and Bertha (Belliveau) Bourque. Prior to his retirement he was a Cellar Master with Vincor in Scoudouc. He enjoyed long walks in the woods, playing hockey and baseball, and bowling. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 37 years, Jocelyne (Gallant) Bourque of Scoudouc; one daughter, Lynne Cook (John) of Haute-Aboujagane; one sister, Yvette Cormier (Georges) of Shediac; one brother, Ulysse Bourque (Zita) of Shediac; two grandchildren: Emily and Ashley; one sister-in-law, Linda Bourque of Shediac; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers: Arthur, Alonzo and infant Yvon.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Center, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours are on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 7 to 9 pm and Tuesday from 9:00 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Jacques-le-Majeur R.C. Church, Scoudouc, Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Vincent, a contribution to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Alzheimer Society or Parkinson Association of Canada would be appreciated.
