The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, of Alice Mary Sentner, beloved wife of the late Arthur, of Ebenezer, age 84. Alice was the loving mother of Helen Parsons (Elmer), North Granville, and Blair (Melody), Ebenezer; devoted grandmother of Cory (Lacy Webster), Brad (Krista) and Jamie (Sarah Chaisson) Parsons, and Penny (Jeff Aiken), Pamela (Dion Burhoe), Jeffery (Danielle Mills), Erika and Benjamin Sentner; great-grandmother of Damian, Autumn and Emma. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Ray Sentner; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Sentner. Alice was predeceased by her parents, James L. and Lucy (Sentner) Gallant; her sisters, Mildred Bernard (Vernon) and Muriel Campbell (Frank); brothers, Cecil, Edward (Mabel) and Frank; brother-in-law, Eric Sentner and sister-in-law, Helen Sentner. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, May 23, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Funeral will be held at Central Queen’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 24, at 11 a.m. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
