It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Eldred Stevens of Shoal Cove East announces his passing on Wednesday, April 2, 2014. He was in his 89th year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories special niece Susan White, as well as other nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends. Visitation was held at the funeral home in St. Anthony from where the funeral service took place at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 4 at Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Findlay officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Savage Cove with Rev. Marlene Harvey officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
