Patterson, Tanna Jean (Bryant, Sackfield) – 61, Fort Ellis passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 21, 2014 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Quesnel, British Columbia, she was the daughter of Clifford Sackfield and the late Jean (Moore) Sackfield. Tanna devoted her life to the care of others. Her career as an LPN brought her great joy, but nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her family. She is survived by son; Jeffrey Pearl of Debert and daughter-in-law, Stephanie Boertjes; daughter, Amy Pearl of Dartmouth and son-in-law Kris Stonley; granddaughter, Issabella Stonley, her stepsons, Murray Patterson of France, Steve Patterson and Donald Patterson, both of Halifax, Daniel Patterson of Alberta; brother Nickolas Bryant (Marsali); sisters, Sheree Sanford, Kathie Mitchell (Bob); Lynn Sackfield; many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her soulmate, friend and loving husband, Kenzie Patterson. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24 from 7-9 pm; memorial service on Friday, April 25 at 11:00 am., both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro with Pastor Dan Brown officiating.
