REEVES, Theodore Roderick “Rod” – 72, Somerset, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 9, 2014, at home surrounded by his loving family, after a brief courageous battle with cancer. All are welcome to attend a Masonic Tribute at 7 p.m., Friday, August 15, followed by visitation until 9 p.m., both in the Berwick Baptist Church, 265 Commercial St., Berwick. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 16, in the Berwick Baptist Church, Rev. Marilyn Rose officiating, with a reception to follow. Burial will take place in the East Black Rock Cemetery. Family Flowers only, donations in Rod’s memory may be made to the Victorian Order of Nurses, Annapolis Valley Branch, Palliative Care Fund of A.V.R.H. or to any charity. Rod’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, palliative care team and the V.O.N. for the care given to him.
