It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lillian Payne announce her passing on Tuesday, September 16th, 2014 at the Bonne Bay Hospital in her 63rd year. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Steadman. Sons Bruce (Sherry) of Corner Brook and Darell (Angie) of Rocky Harbour. Step-son Desmond (Heather) Churchill of Orleans, Ontario. Son-in-law Brian Ruth of Curling. Special granddaughter Megan (Adam) of Corner Brook, grandsons Shane, Nicholas, Joshua and Jacob. Great grandson Kyler. Brothers Jim (Lindsy), of Brampton, Eric (Marie) of Deer Lake, Hedley (Nadia) of Lab City, Ernest (Marilyn) of Rocky Harbour, Will (Marie) of Fort McMurray, Junior (Nicole) of Fort McMurray, John (Roxanne) of Rocky Harbour, and sister Marie (Gordon) Smith of Fort McMurray. Sisters-in-law Geraldine (Coyley) Pittman of Deer Lake, Dulcie (Eric) Bennett of Baddeck, NS. Diana Payne of Wabush, Karina House of Port Saunders, Cynthia (Clayton) of Norris Point and brother-in-law Roger (Daphne) of Bridgewater, NS. Special Care Workers Tracy Payne, Jackie B. and Kim B. Also a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter Mavis Ruth Sept 10 2014. Parents Emmanuel & Greta Decker, Parents In Law Guy & Eva Payne, Brothers In Law Melvin Payne, Max Payne and Albert House, Sister In Law Clodie Payne, niece Judy Payne. Visitation will take place on Wednesday and Thursday from the Anglican Church in St. Pauls where also funeral service will take place on Friday at 2:00pm. with interment to follow at the family plot.
