Bursey
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of William Sidney Bursey in his 75th year on Thursday, November 20th, 2014. Predeceased by his parents John and Maude Bursey (Nee-Dennis), sister Annie and husband Allan Kennedy, brother John Bursey and infant brothers Clifford and Bramwell. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Daphne (nee Freake) of 53 years, son David (Lorna), Edward, daughter Connie (Anthony), son Darin (Linda), and Boyd (Allison), 9 grandchildren, Christopher, Tyler, Sarah, Russell, Alexandra, Jenny, Samantha, Blair and Sydney, great grandchildren Rachel and Thaddeus, sister Bernetta (Ed Szuch), sister-in-law Ann Bursey, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friend Wayne Barton. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service, was held Sunday, November 23rd at 2:00 P.M. from the Salvation Army Citadel. Interment followed at All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sidneys memory may be made to The Salvation Army, Gander. Thank you to Stacey's Funeral Home for your guidance.
