Trent Curtis Bakker

Bakker, Trent Curtis – age 19, Onslow Mountain Road, passed away suddenly on Monday, December 15, 2014 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Trent had a heart and soul that words cannot describe. He was a fun-loving, caring, sweet, one of a kind individual who would do anything for anyone. Every thought and memory of Trent is filled with pure happiness and love. He enjoyed spending time with cherished friends and family. Trent ‘s passions included hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, tinkering in the garage and welding with his friends, co-workers and Uncle Steve at Portable Welders. There were so many special people in Trent’s life we couldn’t possibly name them all without writing a book. But you know who you are! Born in Truro, he was a son of Rick and Rhonda (Hingley) Bakker. Besides his parents, Trent is survived by his brother and best friend, Jake, Onslow Mountain; the love of his life and soul mate, Kristen MacPhee, Truro Heights; Nick Crowell, Trent’s best friend and like a son to his parents, East Mountain; paternal grandparents, Bob and Vera Bakker, Truro; maternal grandparents, Gary and Beatrice Hingley, Bible Hill; Uncle “D” (Darren), Uncle Steve, Uncle Kevin and families; Aunt Karen and family. He will be sadly missed by his best four-legged friend, Buzz. A time to celebrate Trent’s life will be held on Saturday, December 20 from 1-4 pm in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro. To honour Trent’s life, it is requested that those who can, would wear camouflage clothing and ballcaps.
