Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Charles; daughter Patricia; son-in-law John Roberts and parents Mary and Laurence Hayden (Harbour Grace). Leaving to mourn her 5 daughters Debbie, Sharon, Ellie (Ken Clift), Wendy (Dan Dyer) and Darlene (Fab Murphy); her 5 sons Charlie, Cyril, Gerald, Darrell (Tracey) and Derek (Amanda); grandchildren Joey, Hailey, Johnny, Shawna, Stephanie, Nikita, Danny, Denise, Michael, Lacey, Bradley, Arryn, Tyler, Cyril, Melissa, Matthew, Gavin, Darrell, Brandon, Keischa and Brittany; great grandchildren David, Maleah, Allyssa, Daniel, Samantha, Chelsea and Kayla as well as a large circle of other friends and family. Special thanks to the wonderful staff of the Health Science Centre 4 South B Unit. At Dorothy's request cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Tuesday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation in her memory can be made to the Diabetes Association.
