Peacefully at the South Shore Villa on Friday, January 23, 2015, of Bennett Price Sherren, formerly of St. Catherines, age 85 years. Survived by sister Christine MacPherson, Charlottetown, brother Alfred, Port Coquitlam, B.C., and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George and Pearl Sherren, brother Reginald, sisters Doris (David) Holm, Lillian (Alex) Dawson, Marie (Warren) Delaney and brother-in-law Milton MacPherson. Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, with visitation on Monday, 4-7 p.m. Funeral service from the Free Church of Scotland, DeSable, Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, if so desired memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Church of Scotland, DeSable Maintenance Fund.
