The death occurred at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O'Leary, Sunday, January 25, 2015, of Harry Lewis, Woodstock, aged 90 years, beloved husband of Ella (nee Palmer). Harry was born in Cascumpec on June 12, 1924, son of the late Harry and Mary Jane (Butler) Lewis. Dear father to Rev. Blair (Ruth), Bathurst, NB; Beverley Hingley, Woodstock; Orville, Woodstock; and Karen Hill, Summerside. Loving grandfather to grandchildren Aaron, Adam, Nathan, Rachel, Craig, Alicia, Devon, Carter and great-grandchildren Sophia, Emma and Clark. Harry is also survived by his sisters and brothers Hazel Black, Alma (Jack) Westall, Jennie Harrington, Leigh (Phyllis), Rev Lawrence (Iris), Keith (Iris) and Verna Boss. Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters George, Marne, John, Grace, Florence and infants Gladys, Lloyd and Ralph. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Thursday, Jan. 29, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Friday, Jan. 30, at 11 a.m. at the O'Leary United Church. Interment will follow in the Bloomfield United Church Cemetery. In memory of Harry, memorials to O'Leary United Church would be appreciated.
