BENTLEY, Keith Parker – 92, passed away peacefully at his home in Northville, Kings County, on March 11, 2015. Born on May 20, 1922 he was the son of the late Henry and Maie (Parker) Bentley. Keith is survived by daughters Ruth, Northville, NS; Margaret, Northville, NS; Dawn Gavel (Jamie Nicholson), Kingston, NS; Laurie (Duane) Brown, Kanata, ON; grandchildren: Steven, Nicholas, Marc, Amanda, Josh and three great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law: Muriel Hartlin, Enid MacKay, Elsie Hartlin. Predeceased by wife of 47 years Joyce (Hartlin); Brothers Kenneth and George. Keith was a dairy farmer on the family Century Farm. He had served as Deacon for 41 years, and Treasurer for 30 years at the Billtown United Baptist Church. He was proud of having one of the largest cherry trees in the county. A Visitation was held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Coldbrook Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Drive, Coldbrook. Funeral Service was held at the Billtown United Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 17th at 11 a.m.; Rev. Gail Whalan-Dunn officiated. Burial at a later date.
