Passed away at Burin Peninsula Health Care Center, on Thursday April 16, 2015 Mildred Mary Stapleton of Lamaline age 82 years. Predeseased by husband; Sylvester Stapleton. Leaving to mourn; 6 children, Kevin (Darlene), Wayne (Mary), Keith (Ruth), Gary (Sylvia), Terry (Terry-Lynn), Wanda (Wade), 9 grandchildren; Patrick, Mark, Nadine, Nicole, Tina, Steven, Robyn, Vicki, & Bradley. 5 great-grandchildren; Hunter, Cooper,Sarah, Gavin, & Sophia. 1 sister; Blanche (John), 1 brother; Gerald (Rita). Plus nieces,nephews, and a large circle of other relatives & friends. Funeral Mass was conducted by Father Ronnie Tagnines on Saturday April 18, 2015 at 1:30 pm from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church Lamaline. Music was provided by St. Joseph's Choir.Internment followed at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Cemetery Allan’s Island. Pall Bearers were; Gary Stapleton, Wayne Stapleton, Terry Stapleton, Keith Stapleton, Kevin Stapleton, & Patrick Stapleton. Church Cross; Marcel Loader, Church Candles; Mary Stapleton, & Ruth Stapleton, Eucharistic Minster; Bernie Stapleton. Placing of the Pall; Nicole Stapleton, Vickie Stapleton, Tina Stapleton, & Sharon Simms. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Warren’s Funeral Home Grand Bank.
