Lillian Irmgard Smith, aged 82 years of Moose Jaw, SK, passed away on Saturday, April 25th, 2015. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 15 Paul Dr, Moose Jaw, SK. Reverend John Kreutzwieser will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery. She received her education at Ranchland School in Coderre and then in Mossbank, SK. She attended Business College in Moose Jaw. Lillian met her future husband on a blind date and they were married on June 12th, 1954. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan Smith; parents, Joseph and Anna Wemert; and sister, Trouty Nagel. Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Twyla (Wayne) Sirovyak, Lorna (Jeff) Barber and Debbie (Dale) Santa; sons, Dwaine (Heather) and Joe (Sandy); 12 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth Bethke; life-long friend, Dorothy Kilkenny; as well as numerous other relatives.
