It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lorraine Penney announce her sudden passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL at the age of 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her long- time partner Aaron Edgecombe, nephew: Paul (Elaine) Goosney, nieces: Margaret Goosney, Heather (Clayton) Long, three very special great nephews Mark, Scott, and Michael. She was predeceased by her parents Archibald and Carrie Penney, sisters: Winney, Mary, and Vera, brother: Robert, and nephew: Arch Goosney. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home 4 St. Marks Avenue on Wednesday May 6th from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral service will take place on Thursday May 7th at 2:00PM from Fillatre's Funeral Chapel 4 St. Marks Avenue with Reverend Wendy Lowden officiating, interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.
