HANLEY
Kerry John Hanley, aged 54 years of Regina, SK, a kind and gentle soul, passed away on Sunday, May 17th, 2015 after losing his third battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his father, Bill and brother, Rory. Kerry will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Loy Hanley of Moose Jaw, SK; siblings: Patti (Neil) Zaph of Richmond Hill, ON, Rob (Denise) Hanley of Moose Jaw, Dawna (Rory) Griffith of Regina and Stacy (Shelly Shaw) Hanley of Calgary, AB; and his loyal dog Max. He was proud to be "Uncle Kerry” and loved to be part of all the family gatherings and celebrations over the years. Kerry had a university degree in biology/chemistry and significant knowledge of nature, especially the world of birds. His greatest accomplishments were in educating and advocating for the protection of wildlife habitat, especially in Saskatchewan. He was an avid reader and kept up with all the latest news and world events. In keeping with Kerry’s wishes, a Private Family Service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined.
