The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Royal Alexander Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, on Sunday, May 17, 2015 of Theodore “Ted” Gelinas of Cold Lake, Alberta. Beloved husband of 50 years of Sheila (Praught) Gelinas. Survived by his son Aaron (Diane van Herk); grandchildren Joshuah Gelinas and Meaghan (Brandon) Cardinal; great-granddaughter Jordynn Cardinal; by a sister Irene Houston; and by the late Arnold and Kay Praught family on P.E.I. He was predeceased by his parents David and Dorilla Gelinas; son Arnold Gelinas (May 16, 2014); granddaughter Amanda Kathleen Gelinas and brother Raymond Gelinas.
