FARQUHAR (LaRoche, Gallant), Jean Isabelle – age 74 of Canaan, Yarmouth Co., NS, passed away on June 23, 2015 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Summerside P.E.I on May 29, 1941 she was a daughter to the late Sylvere and Clara Gallant. Survived by her husband of 27 years Wayne; daughter, Heather (Bill) Mills, Windsor Junction, NS; sons, Blair (Anne) LaRoche, Summerside; Allan LaRoche, Lantz, NS; Cory (Cindy) LaRoche, Elmsdale, NS; sisters, Erma (Rod) MacKinnon, Moose Jaw, Sask; Paulette Johnson, Regina, Sask; Deborah Gallein, Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren, Jessica, Cole, Kristopher and Travis. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Marcel LaRoche; son, Michael LaRoche, brother, Barry Gallant; sisters, Roma Crossman, Shirley Sigouin, and Vicki Clow. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held with interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Lower Sackville, NS. In lieu of flowers donations in memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
