It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lillian Rose Hoffe announces her passing on August 25, 2015 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, at the age of 68. Lillian, who was a barber by trade, was a friendly and out-going person who was always up for a good laugh. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time at her cabin, as well as socializing with friends, playing cards and dancing. Lillian was also very active in her church, and made her relationship with her grandchildren her top priority. Lillian leaves to mourn with loving memories her children: Todd (Trina), Debbie (Shawn) and Travis (Rachel), Grandchildren: Melanie (Jason), T.J., Ashley, Ethan and Caleb, great-grandson, Logan, brothers: Ezekiel and Roland (Marion), sister, Marjorie, sisters-in-law: Elizabeth and Myrtle, brothers-in-law: Herb (Ruth) and Dave (Joanne), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her husband Grenfell, parents: Ezekiel and Rosa, mother and father-in-law: Frank and Beatrice Hoffe, brothers: Garfield and Scott, sister-in-law Violet, brothers-in-law: Stanley and Herman, and niece, Jenny. The family will be receiving relatives and friends on Friday, August 28th, 2015, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Parson's Funeral Home and Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 2 pm August 29th at the St. Michael's and All Angels Anglican Parish of Deer Lake with Reverend Paulette Bugden officiating, with burial to follow at the Anglican Section of the Interdenominational Cemetery on Wight's Road, Deer Lake, NL. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Parson's Funeral Home and Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL.
