A true gentlemen Jim believed in honesty and integrity. He treated the people in his life with respect and was always there with his hand out to give you a hand up.  He believed in doing a good job and working hard.  He valued friendship, loyalty and determination and he lived these values every day.
Jim was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.  He cherished each of these roles and took great pride and interest in his family, friends and co-workers.  He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Annie (Skidmore) whom he cherished for the 62 years of marriage they shared together. He took great pride in sharing time with his children Susan(Larry) Rosborough, Bridgewater and Ross (Dawn) Mark Road and his grandchildren Jake(Halifax.),Luke(Fredericton), Logan and Allie(Mark Road.)  He was involved and present in their lives at every stage; sharing his love of the outdoors, mechanic and carpentry skills while instilling the values of respect and determination and a sense of pride in a job well done.
